  • Avoid boiling water for hot brew, as it'll bring out the astringency.

Instructions

Brewing Instructions

1. Boil water.
2. Cool the hot water to 70-80 degrees Celsius.
3. Add leaves to teapot. (1 tsp per serving)
4. Pour water to teapot - brew 60 sec.
5. Pour tea into teacup - pour until the last drop.
*We will enclose English instructions in the package.


Storage Instructions

  • Keep it away from heat, sunlight, and humidity as much as possible. Keep it sealed to prevent air and other smells from affecting the tea.

    Might because I use boiling water but really really strong astringency. But that's how I brew tea. This one was too bitter for me. The package doesn't have a zip so can't re-seal. Need to keep it in a different bag to keep the air out.
