    This is my new favourite! It's such a joy to drink in the mornings. A gentle tea for me. This tea has a delicate but distinct fragrance and taste., and it's sweetish and non astringent, which is what I like. I appreciate the excellent customer care from Yuki, as always.

    To me actually I can't really tell the taste difference between the Ujinosato sencha, although it says that it has a different fresh taste. Nonetheless it's a really good tasting tea. Tealife sends quite fast so I'm satisfied with the experience as well.

    Tealife support was really nice. I contacted them to ask if they can ship earlier to make it in time for some guests coming in, and they gracefully catered to my request. The tea was great as well. Looking forward to trying other tea!

Brewing Instructions
1. Boil water.
2. Cool the hot water to 70-80 degrees Celsius.
3. Add leaves to teapot. (1 tsp per serving)
4. Pour water to teapot - brew 60 sec.
5. Pour tea into teacup - pour until the last drop.

Storing Instructions
Store in refrigerator if unopened.
Return to room temperature before opening.
Store opened packages in a cool shaded place.
