A good value bundle with each tea being great in their own ways. I especially like the sencha tea included in this bundle. Rich and delicious.

Brewing Instructions (for High-Grade Karigane Genmaicha)
1. Boil water.
2. Cool the hot water to 70-80 degrees Celsius.
3. Add leaves to teapot. (1 tsp per serving)
4. Pour water to teapot - brew 60 sec.
5. Pour tea into teacup - pour until the last drop.

Brewing instructions (for Karigane Houjicha)
1. Boil water.
2. Add leaves to teapot. (1 heaping tsp per serving)
3. Pour water to teapot - brew 30 sec.
4. Pour tea into teacup - pour until the last drop.
*Don't over-seep the tea as it will reduce the aroma!

Brewing Instructions (for Sencha Umejirushi)
1. Boil water.
2. Cool the hot water to 70-80 degrees Celsius.
3. Add leaves to teapot. (1 tsp per serving)
4. Pour water to teapot - brew 60 sec.
5. Pour tea into teacup - pour until the last drop.
*Tealife's recommendation is to brew at 70 degrees Celsius for 90 seconds.

*We will enclose English instructions in the package.

Storing Instructions
Store in refrigerator if unopened.
Return to room temperature before opening.
Store opened packages in a cool shaded place.
