The Premium Grade Houjicha by Taniguchien is one grade higher than the Karigane Houjicha. Unlike the Karigane Houjicha, it mixes in more tea leaves (as opposed to being mostly made from twigs) and fishishes it up in a fantastic light roast with a pleasant richness which you won't find in your everyday Houjicha!
