How to prepare
Using a teapot:
3-4 heaping teaspoons per 700 ml of water.
Crush some of the bigger leaves before hand.
Use boiling water to brew.
Brew for 3 mins.
Using a kettle or a pan:
Pour 1.8 liters of water into a kettle or pan and boil.
Add 30g of Kyobancha leaves into boiling water.
Brew for 3-5 minutes. (The more you cook the lighter the taste)
How to store
- Store in refrigerator if unopened.
- Return to room temperature before opening.
- Store opened packages in a cool shaded place.
