Instructions
Brewing Instructions
1. Boil water.
2. Cool the hot water to 50 degrees Celsius.
3. Add leaves to teapot. (6g per serving)
4. Pour 100ml of water to teapot - brew 150 sec.
5. Pour tea into teacup - pour until the last drop.
*We will enclose English instructions in the package.
Storage Instructions
- Keep it away from heat, sunlight, and humidity as much as possible. Keep it sealed to prevent air and other smells from affecting the tea.

Good Gyokuro
One of the first Gyokuro i tasted and I really loved the strong taste of unami from it.

brew like sencha
The Gyokuro tea is an interesting one for me as I think it’s a bit too strong for my liking. This is when I brew it as it says in the instructions. However, when I brew it like I do a sencha, with MUCH more water and a shorter infusion than a gyokuro brew, I find it extremely likable. It still has that flavour of the Gyokuro while not being too strong. Of course, probably not for purists!

I tried purchasing this tea when they had their sale last month and I'll say that this tea is amazing. It is nice and rich and you can definitely taste the umami flavours. I've tried different gyokuro tea which you can purchase in Singapore and this one is really up there at the top.
