Thank you for your visiting Tealife! We can't be more excited to send you the tea we truly love. Once we have received your completed order, we will mail out the product as fast as possible within 1-2 working days.
* It may take a little longer for International orders, depending on the timing of pickup by the selected courier.
* Please feel free to contact us for any requests regarding delivery.

Here we will go over some important notes pertaining to the delivery of our products. Please read carefully as your experience is very important to us.


Shipping & Delivery within Singapore

Our delivery is conducted through Singpost Tracked Delivery. For our customers living in Singapore, we offer this as a complimentary service for All our products.

Please select "Free Shipping" at checkout, and we will provide complimentary Singpost Tracked Delivery.

As mentioned above, we'll pass the tea to Singpost within 1-2 working days. Once Singpost receives the parcel, it will reach you within 2-4 working days. We will provide you the tracking code via email.


Shipping & Delivery outside of Singapore

Tealife has gone International! Yes, we now ship overseas! We currently serve the following countries and/or regions.

Australia, Austria, Belgim, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Viet Nam.

We provide discounted courier rates for all shipment outside of Singapore. At the point of checkout, you will be able to select your preferred courier based on price and speed. Please note that the speed is only a guideline and may change due to various situations.

For international shipping, we provide up to 4 shipping options at the point of checkout. For cases where payment for duty and taxes are required, we will show 3 post-paid and 1 pre-paid options. Please read the explanations for each option carefully, as the "post-paid" options may require you to pay an additional amount separately.

Pre-paid Duty
This option is inclusive of all fees at point of purchase. You won't have to worry about additional fee payments when receiving your tea. Additional taxes required will be calculated and charged at point of checkout. This reduces the risk of hidden cost for you, as well as possible delays at customs checkpoints.

Post-paid Duty
This option excludes tax & duty fees. Please be aware that when you choose this option, there may be additional fees required when you receive your tea.


Shipping within 1-2 working days

We know you would like delivery as soon as possible. We promise to send out the parcels within 1-2 working days after we receive the order at latest.
* It may take a little longer for International orders, depending on the timing of pickup by the selected courier.

The 1-2 working days will start the next day we receive your order.

For instance,
If we receive your order at 8pm on the 10th, we'll pass the package to the delivery service provider latest on the 12th.

Refunds

If the product you bought was not what you expected due to our mistake, we will refund the full amount of the product, including any shipping charges required to send the product back. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product.

If the product was not what you expected, and if was not due to our mistake, we will accept returns as long as the product is not opened or damaged. In this case we will ask for you to bear the shipping costs. (For International shipping we will also ask for you to bear the Insurance and any taxes that may apply) In this case also, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product.

For both cases, or any other cases, please do not hesitate to contact us.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If there is visible damage on the package, do not accept the damaged package and ask for a certificate of the damage from the courier and contact us within 10 days of the collection of the item. Please include the picture of your damaged item, and we will offer you a refund or a replacement.

LOST PARCEL

Please contact us for any lost parcel. If this is shipped by Trackable Mail, we will ship a replacement.
