The production process of the Tamaryokucha emphasizes the sweetness and umami while containing the bitterness and astringency of the tea. Try and see the difference from a Sencha!
Origin: Miyazaki, Japan
Ingredients: 100% pure tea leaves. That's all.
Cultivar: Yabukita, Asanoka, Yumenokaori
A blend of Yabukita, Asanoka, and Yumenokaori cultivars grown in the Gokase area of Miyazaki Prefecture.
Slightly shaded and medium steamed - almost like a hybrid between the Gyokuro and the Sencha. Enjoy the umami and sweetness of the tea leaves - which is a characteristic of the production method of a Mushisei Tamaryokucha.
