  • This is the first time we are introducing sencha tea bags on our website. I’ve always been cautious about tea bags, as many on the market are made with materials that can release micro- or nano-plastics during brewing. For that reason, we have avoided carrying tea bags.
  • These sencha tea bags are different. They use plant-based, pyramid-shaped tea bags, allowing the tea leaves to fully open while brewing, without relying on plastic-based materials. Inside, Marukyu Koyamaen uses high-grade sencha, carefully selected to deliver a clean, refined flavor even in tea bag form.
