The "White" Kaga-Bou Houjicha is a special Houjicha made from only the selected young "white twigs" of the first flush tea. These tea twigs bursting in umami are then lightly roasted to highlight the magnificent floral aromatics of this precious tea.
Along with the "blue", this is a tea which we tried to add into our shop last year yet wasn't able to as it quickly ran out of stock. This year we are fortunate to be able add them into our shop but in limited quantities. Please try while stocks last!

Great tea, greatly greatly recommend
You can tell that this tea is something special the moment you open the bag and give it a sniff. I loved it so much - I think my nose was stuck in the bag forever! The taste of the tea is also exceptional. Thank you Yuki for bringing in great tea.
