    This is my first purchase of culinary grade matcha and I would give a 10/10 rating for this! I actually prefer the sweet milky strong aroma of Wakatake compared to the milder aroma of Aoarashi. Tried using Wakatake for my no bake Matcha energy balls and they turned out perfect with the vivid green colour and strong flavor! Glad that I bought 2 packets :)
