    My second order arrived and I am totally delighted. I have been very much enjoying the previous received Genmaicha with Match. I just love the aromatics of the brown rice – a truly wonderful awakening of the senses. I was a bit surprised by the short infusion time and also the option to do a second infusion, which I did try and was very pleased.

    One of the best genmaicha with matcha I've tried. Full of flavour, but still delicate and with a subtle hint of sweetness from the matcha. Soothing both hot and cold. I appreciate the prompt delivery and the thoughtful customer care from Yuki.

    Good tea. The added Matcha I guess gives it a depth to the Genmaicha taste, rather than giving the tea a "Matcha flavour". If if you're looking for a tea that tastes like Matcha, I think this isn't the one you're looking for. Probably want to go directly for their Matcha. But if you're looking for a nice quality Genmaicha, I think this is a good product.

Brewing Instructions
1. Boil water.
2. Cool the hot water to 70-80 degrees Celsius.
3. Add leaves to teapot. (1 tsp per serving)
4. Pour water to teapot - brew 60 sec.
5. Pour tea into teacup - pour until the last drop.

*We will enclose English instructions in the package.

Storing Instructions
Store in refrigerator if unopened.
Return to room temperature before opening.
Store opened packages in a cool shaded place.
