Instructions

Usucha Matcha Preparation

  • Matcha Powder: 1.5g - 2.0g of Matcha powder for 60-70 ml of water.
  • Water Temperature: 75°-85° Celsius
  • Steps: Add powder into a Matcha bowl, add water, and mix using a bamboo whisk (Chasen)
  • Tips: Pre-sift the powder with a tea sifter for a smooth Matcha

Storage Instructions

  • Keep it away from heat, sunlight, and humidity as much as possible. Keep it sealed to prevent air and other smells from affecting the tea.

    One of the cheaper options but the quality of the tea is good. It has a light and fragrant after taste.

    I've ordered this Matcha from tealife multiple times. It's a good Matcha that works for multiple uses. Usucha, latte, you name it. As for all products in tealife i recommend the 10% discount you get for buying two.
