Shipping and Returns
Thank you for your visiting Tealife! We can't be more excited to send you the tea we truly love. Once we have received your completed order, we will pack and ship out the items as fast as possible on the following day (Monday - Saturday)
* It may take a little longer for International orders, depending on the timing of pickup by the courier. We currently work with multiple International courier partner including DHL and FedEx. You can choose your preferred courier based on price and shipping time at checkout.
* Please feel free to contact us for any requests regarding delivery.
Here we will go over some important notes pertaining to the delivery of our products. Please read carefully as your experience is very important to us.
Shipping within Singapore
For shipping within Singapore, we use SPX. SPX will deliver items within Singapore within 1-3 days. You have the option of upgrading to N-Saver (by Singpost) which will shorten this by 1-2 days.
For urgent needs: If you need your product on that day or the following day, we can arrange for Grab Express 4h depending on the availability of our staff. Please contact us via Whatsapp to make arrangement (+65 8588 2980). We'll try our best to accomodate you, but please do bear in mind that we are extremely limited in staff - and will not always be able to accomodate. We beg your understanding.

While we're just starting to use SPX, so far I see that the error rates of Singpost and Grab has been very low. We trust them as shipping partners to deliver our products to you in a satisfactory manner. However, we are committed to your full satisfaction. Please don't hesitate to reach out if there are any issues.
*We have stopped using Ninjavan and Singpost Speedpost delivery as SPX and Singpost N-saver are superior options. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping & Delivery outside of Singapore
We have recently expanded our international shipping partner list to include DHL and FedEx. Especially for DHL and FedEx, we have special discounted rates. You will be able to select your preferred courier based on price and transit time. You will also be able to check the duty&tax required for shipment. These prices are provided by Easyship (a international shipping platform).
Currently we ship to the following countries, but this is subject to constant change.

For US customers:
Due to the new restrictions implemented in Aug of 2025, we will require all shipments to the United States to have Duty and Taxes paid at checkout. This will be calculated at checkout through our partner shipping platform 'Easyship'.
For Middle East Customers:
We are happy to share that we were able to get additional discounted rates for our Middle East customers via DHL. Please do take a look.
Refunds
If the product you bought was not what you expected due to our mistake, we will refund the full amount of the product, including any shipping charges required to send the product back. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product.
If the product was not what you expected, and if was not due to our mistake, we will accept returns as long as the product is not opened or damaged. In this case we will ask for you to bear the shipping costs. (For International shipping we will also ask for you to bear the Insurance and any taxes that may apply) In this case also, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product.
For both cases, or any other cases, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Damaged Items and Lost Parcel
If there is visible damage on the package, do not accept the damaged package and ask for a certificate of the damage from the courier and contact us within 10 days of the collection of the item. Please include the picture of your damaged item, and we will offer you a refund or a replacement.
Please contact us for any lost parcel. If this is shipped by Trackable Mail, we will ship a replacement.
