Instructions
Usucha Matcha Preparation
- Matcha Powder: 1.5g - 2.0g of Matcha powder for 60-70 ml of water.
- Water Temperature: 75°-85° Celsius
- Steps: Add powder into a Matcha bowl, add water, and mix using a bamboo whisk (Chasen)
- Tips: Pre-sift the powder with a tea sifter for a smooth Matcha
Storage Instructions
- Keep it away from heat, sunlight, and humidity as much as possible. Keep it sealed to prevent air and other smells from affecting the tea.

Awesome koicha!
Got this as a gift for a special friend who enjoys matcha but usually as latte. Thought to try something new and she likes it even though she don’t really like koicha! So I guess this one is really really good. Super happy with the purchase, I think I’ll get it again!!

Honestly, this has got to be the best matcha that I've tried. Again, it's sweet and the foam is so creamy! I recently purchase Wakou as well and just made my morning matcha using it. Both are so delightful!
