A handmade Echizen Urushi (Lacquerware) product by the Urushi artisans in Fukui, Japan.
The "Kotobuki-Matsu" is an auspicious pine tree used for Japan's Ikebana and New Year decorations.
This design uses the traditional Chin-gin technique, engraving gold dust into the Lacquerware.
A great proper Urushi-based Nasume to have if you don't have one.
It comes in a paper box.
