A serving of EGCG green tea infusion will give you 148 mg of natural EGCG. (240 mg of catechins)
A second infusion will increase this to roughly 220 mg of natural EGCG. (360 mg of catechins)

Instructions
Brewing Instructions
1. Boil water.
2. Cool the hot water to 70-80 degrees Celsius.
3. Add leaves to teapot. (1 tsp per serving)
4. Pour water to teapot - brew 60 sec.
5. Pour tea into teacup - pour until the last drop.
*Use boiling water to maximize EGCG. To enjoy a delicious brew, we recommend using 70 degrees water. You'll still enjoy 80% of the EGCG.
*We will enclose English instructions in the package.
Storage Instructions
- Keep it away from heat, sunlight, and humidity as much as possible. Keep it sealed to prevent air and other smells from affecting the tea.
