Instructions
Usucha Matcha Preparation
- Matcha Powder: 1.5g - 2.0g of Matcha powder for 60-70 ml of water.
- Water Temperature: 75°-85° Celsius
- Steps: Add powder into a Matcha bowl, add water, and mix using a bamboo whisk (Chasen)
- Tips: Pre-sift the powder with a tea sifter for a smooth Matcha
Storage Instructions
- Keep it away from heat, sunlight, and humidity as much as possible. Keep it sealed to prevent air and other smells from affecting the tea.

I bought this product to use for cake. The delivery was surprisingly fast and smooth after I ordered. The cake turned out very nice. Very strong maccha taste like I want. Very happy w this product. I'll probably order again.

I've bought the Isuzu from a market in Osaka before, but haven't been able to get it in SG. I'm so glad I can now buy it from TeaLife. The delivery was prompt and efficient and it was overall a good experience.
