How to make powerful Matcha tasting Bavarian Cream

Here's another one of our simple Matcha based deserts that really pull out the great taste of the Aoarashi Matcha. The Aoarashi will allow your Bavarian Cream to be so rich that it's bound to impress everyone!

  • Recipe Name: Matcha Bavarian Cream

  • Ingredients:
  • Steps:
    1. Prepare ingredients. Beat Fresh Cream to thicken. Dissolve Gelatin powder in water.
    2. Add brown sugar and stiffed Matcha powder into pan as you heat.
    3. As bubbles start to form, stop the heat. Add Gelatin powder.
    4. Put ingredients in 4 into bowl after straining. Cool by placing in ice water bowl.
    5. Add fresh cream. Slowly mix. Do not make bubbles and do not flatten the cream.
    6. move to cup and place in refrigerator 1-2 hours.
  • Option: White Chocolate Cream

  • Ingredients:
    • Fresh Cream 100g
    • White chocolate 40g
  • Steps:
    1. Prepare ice water in bowl. Slightly peak fresh cream.
    2. Melt chocolate in hot water and mix as you add to fresh cream. Make sure you mix as you add.
