Ingredients
- The Shohaku is not a "standard flavor" of Koyamaen's. It's a blend specially customized for the "Ura-senke" tea ceremony school in Japan. While we don't carry all the available customized flavors, we select some of which are the most popular.
- Marukyu Koyamaen is one of the top Matcha producers in Japan, and are the creators of "Tenju" - officially named the best Matcha of Japan 2020*. Experience their exceptional tea standards.
- As with all Marukyu Koyamaen Matcha, the Shohaku is a Uji tea (Ujicha). Ujicha, a symbol of premier quality, is a trademark for Japanese tea grown and produced in the historic Uji region of Japan.

Instructions
Usucha Matcha Preparation
- Matcha Powder: 1.5g - 2.0g of Matcha powder for 60-70 ml of water.
- Water Temperature: 75°-85° Celsius
- Steps: Add powder into a Matcha bowl, add water, and mix using a bamboo whisk (Chasen)
- Tips: Pre-sift the powder with a tea sifter for a smooth Matcha
Storage Instructions
- Keep it away from heat, sunlight, and humidity as much as possible. Keep it sealed to prevent air and other smells from affecting the tea.
